By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming your purchase.

1. Orders & Notice

All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Large, custom, or event dessert tables may require additional notice depending on design complexity and scheduling availability.
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Tasty Fiesta Treats.

2. Minimum Orders

Minimums apply to individual a la carte items.
Order minimums are waived when you purchase a package or combine multiple menu items in a single order.

3. Payments

Tasty Fiesta Treats accepts credit and debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
 We do not accept cash payments.

All orders must be prepaid.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
Online orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery.

• Orders canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

• All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable to a future order at our discretion (subject to date and availability).

• No refunds will be issued for missed pickups, late cancellations, or dissatisfaction based on personal taste or design preference.

5. Order Changes

Any changes to your order (such as quantity, flavor, design, or delivery details) must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery.
We will make every effort to accommodate requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this period.

6. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.
Once an order is picked up or delivered, Tasty Fiesta Treats is not responsible for damage, melting, or spoilage due to improper handling, transportation, or storage.

7. Product Care

All desserts are made fresh and should be stored appropriately based on the product type.
Specific storage or serving instructions will be provided when necessary.
Tasty Fiesta Treats is not liable for product quality once the order has been received.

8. Allergies & Dietary Information

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, and other allergens.
While we take care to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

9. Photography & Marketing

Tasty Fiesta Treats reserves the right to photograph and share images of our products for marketing, advertising, and social media purposes.
If you prefer that your custom order not be shared publicly, please let us know at the time of ordering.

10. Agreement

By placing an order with Tasty Fiesta Treats, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
