Tasty Fiesta Treats – Refund Policy

At Tasty Fiesta Treats, every dessert is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because our products are handcrafted and perishable, all sales are considered final once payment is made. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, taste preferences, or after an order has been picked up, delivered, or consumed.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery. Online orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. Deposits and payments help cover preparation, ingredients, and time dedicated to your order.

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery to be eligible for a partial credit toward a future order, at our discretion. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

We take pride in the quality of our treats and strive for your complete satisfaction. If there is ever an issue with your order — such as damage upon arrival or a mistake in what was provided — please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can review the situation. Depending on the circumstances, a partial refund or replacement may be offered.

Please note that once an order has been picked up or delivered, Tasty Fiesta Treats is not responsible for any damage, melting, or spoilage caused by handling, transportation, or improper storage. We do our best to provide care instructions when necessary to help ensure your desserts stay fresh and beautiful.

All refunds or credits, when applicable, will be issued through the original payment method (card, Zelle, or Venmo) within a reasonable processing time.
